1.Avoid starting your day by immediately looking at your phone

Most of the people start their day by immediately reaching out for the phone. This action leads to immediately getting your messages, emails and other things which are not the right thing to do. After getting up, you can thank god and say small 30 sec prayer for the day, be calm and relax for a little time before you actually start the day.

2.Try and adhere to a simple and effective routine

Your daily routine should be simple and effective. It should ideally start with a small thanksgiving to god and then watch and appreciate small things around you.  Daily give some time for doing things that you like making your own bed, listening to soothing music, hugging your children and blessing them before they leave for school or any other activity, having a small chat with your spouse before you leave for the day etc. Though all these things look small they have a great impact on your emotional wellbeing. Further, it helps you to start your day on a positive note.

3.Write down your Small daily goals according to your priority

One of the key things to get organized is to write down everything before the day begin. You can broadly write down the things to do according to its priority. This will help in setting aside an appropriate required time for achieving these goals. While writing the goals also add some buffer time to solve some unexpected things which may crop up at the last moment.

Once you are broadly aware of how your day will look like, you will be better able to focus on achieving these things.
