Almond

Amla (Indian Goose berry)

Amla is a fruit known for innumerable health benefits..A glass of amla juice contains 20 times more vitamins than a glass of fresh orange juice. Amla is one of nature’s best immunity builders. It is rich in minerals like iron, phosphorus and calcium. Further It is fortified with antioxidants. It is used to cure multiple ailments like diabetes, asthma, dandruff and other hair problems.

Carrot

Carrots are rich in Vitamin A. They help in maintaining healthy skin and prevent acne. A special antioxidant called as carotenoid helps in having a glowing skin. Carrot juice can be had for good health  and it also helps in lightening scars and blemishes.

Cloves

Cloves are loaded with calcium, iron and magnesium. They are best known for their antiseptic and germicidal properties. Clove based products are often recommended for fungal infections. However be careful as they can irritate sensitive skin.

Cucumber

Cucumbers are rich in vitamin C, silicon, sulphur and antioxidant. These are all ingredients which benefit the skin and hair. Vitamin C helps sooth skin irritations and reduce swellings. Silicon makes your hair healthy. They also work as a super agents for cooling and brightening of skin. Applying cucumber juice daily acts as a wonderful natural toner.

Curry Leaf

Curry leaves are loaded with Vitamins A, C, phosphorus, iron and calcium. They are nature’s gift to us. They prevent premature greying, fight dandruff, stimulates hair growth and nourishes the roots. It is an ideal cure for most of the hair problems. We would also encourage you to consume more curry leaves by adding it to almost all your meals.

Drumstick leaves

Drumstick is one such tree, wherein every part of the tree is beneficial. Its flowers, seeds, leaves ,root and even the gum is extremely useful. Drumstick leaves are fortified with Vitamin A, C, and E. They hold twice more calcium than milk and 3 times more iron than spinach. If consumed orally in the form of soup of the leaves, our body gets huge amounts of calcium. The leaves are known as purifying agent and also helps in anti aging. This is one of the most humble vegetable which is loaded with huge nutrients essential for our body.

Fenugreek (Methi ) Seeds

Fenugreek seeds contain vitamin C, protein, niacin, potassium, calcium and carotene. It is a great hair saver and strengthens hair. It helps rectify dry , damaged and dandruff prone hair.

Basil (Tulsi)

Basil is know as the queen of herbs. It is aromatic and contains the goodness of vitamins A,C,E, iron, potassium and copper. It can be eaten directly. Consuming a handful of leaves boiled with half a teaspoon of honey helps relieve stress, purify blood and cleanses the skin. It is endowed with antiseptic, antifungal and anti bacterial qualities.

Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus)

Khus Khus is fortified with omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins E and other minerals like manganese, Zinc, copper and magnesium. It acts as an aromatic coolant and has antiseptic and anti- inflammatory properties. Khus Khus ground in paste and mixed with milk becomes an excellent moisturiser that refreshes and renews the skin. Khus Khus is an opium based seed, so it is known for its relaxing ability.
